Orders placed with AppleHill.co.uk are delivered to you directly from our distributors. However, for returns, terms & conditions and general customer service, you deal directly with AppleHill.co.uk.
If you have any delivery queries please contact us. Orders placed Sunday-Thursday are generally despatched within 72 hours and orders placed early in the day may even be despatched the same day outside of busy periods. In the period leading up to Christmas, orders may not be despatched for 2-5 working days. Once despatched, orders generally arrive within 2 days but please allow 5 days. Many deliveries will arrive next day.
Generally, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, and do not deliver to any other countries, including the Republic of Ireland. However, for orders over £100, we may be able to arrange for delivery anywhere in the world for an additional postage and packaging cost. Please contact us for further details and exact pricing, stating the product(s) you are interested in and the delivery address.
Payment services are provided by PayPal®. Via PayPal's payment interface, you can either pay using your own PayPal account, or, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and all other major credit and debit cards.
To pay by credit or debit card, either place your order by phoning 01603-278 235 or online by simply clicking on the "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here" link that appears on the first checkout screen. You will then be asked to enter your card details, billing address, etc. Customers paying directly from their PayPal account simply need to enter their PayPal account's email address and password.
Shipping costs are based on the specific items that you order and the shipping costs charged by our distributors.
- Orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full.
- No Order submitted by the Buyer shall be deemed to be accepted by the Seller unless and until the order has been confirmed in Writing by the Seller's authorised representative, or the ordered goods have been despatched to the Seller, or an order for the goods has been placed by the Seller with the Supplier of the goods on behalf of the Buyer.
- Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
- Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will arrange for replacement products to be sent. When no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
- Returned items should generally be sent recorded delivery for your security.
- If a returned product that has been claimed to be faulty is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
- Apart from those stated above, and those supplied by statute, we offer no additional warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the minimum statutory requirements.

From time to time our products may be out of stock when you place your order. If this occurs one of the following options will apply:
- We will give you a refund in full.
- You may chose to wait until the product is back in stock.
- Where reasonably possible, we will offer you a similar product instead of the one ordered. We will only offer products valued more than, or equal to those ordered.
